My name is Pawel and I am the owner of the QUEEN’S  DECORATORS. I am polish born but moved to UK in 2005.

For as long as I remember, since the early years, I have always been interested in property and curious how houses are built. As a teenager I used to go round and help my uncle on construction site back in Poland. I have mastered various skills and at the age of 20 I have build my own house in Poland, which I am extremely proud of.  Since then I have always been working within property renovation industry.

I have over 15 years of experience in all aspects of property refurbishment from day to day property maintenance and repairs, painting and decorating of interior and exterior walls, floor and door installation, tiling, to kitchen and bathroom fit out. I have worked across UK as a foreman for several years and although I enjoyed the aspect of the work I didn’t fill fulfilled. My ambitions were greater, I wanted to offer my customers top service where professionalism, reliability and high standard of finish was of top priority.

The idea to start my own property renovation business was born in me after having worked for various construction companies for several years, whose owners had one thing in common – the good of the customer and the quality of work was not the priority. What did matter was to finish the job as soon as possible, collect the payment and move on to the next job. I often could not believe and grabbed my head in shock when I saw how some companies treated customers, pulled the wool over their eyes to gain their trust but in the end did not deliver the service they promised.

I had to quit working for them as it did not agree with my work ethics, and because I could not stand seeing good people being taken advantage of and cheated on money. I have dreamed of a company that puts the quality of the work and the customer satisfaction in the foreground. I dreamed of a company where trust and professionalism are in the foreground, and high standard of work is something normal and not a necessity.

So I have finally decided to pursue my dreams to provide customers what they ought to expect for what they pay, and what they dream of – HIGH STANDARD FINISH AND GUARANTEED SATISFACTION
